Plain Crash in Clearance NY
Plain Crash in Clearance NY
Last night at about 10:20 p.m. a plain crashed outside of Buffalo, NY in the suburbs of Clearance. Flight 3407, a Continental Connection flight dropped out of the sky just five miles away from the runway. The flight left Newark airport and was heading towards Buffalo international. The plain crashed into a house in the area killing one person inside. Two people escaped, a mother and her child, out of the house but the father did not make it. All passengers on the plain were killed making the total victim count, 50. This plain crash is the first fatal crash of a commercial airliner in the United States in 2 1/2 years.
Witnesses heard the plain coming down in the fog and icy weather. “The whole sky was lit up orange,” said Bob Dworak, who lives less than a mile from the crash site. “All the sudden, there was a big bang, and the house shook.”
I have from Buffalo, NY and I feel completely sick about this incident. We are a small city so many of it’s residents now each other. We are a friendly community and we care about what happens in it. I am just praying that I don’t know anyone in the crash. My sympathy and prayers go out to those who are in mourning over loved ones.
