Frustration Turns into Something Good
Frustration Turns into Something Good
Have you ever started on a project that hen you first start everything is great, then all of a sudden you lose your inspiration and the whole project is just a huge frustration?
Well this has been a reoccurrence in my life with all of my paintings lately. I started a painting about 2 months ago and since then the painting has been nothing but frustration. I keep changing colors and going over previous spots. I am so annoyed at the whole piece that I think I will put it down for awhile and start a new one. I keep hopeful and will eventually finish the painting.
The same thing happened to me about 8 months ago on my previously finished painting. It was one of those paintings that I had to put down for awhile and start back up again later in life. I am glad though that I did return to the painting and finished it because I am absolutely please with how it turned out.
My point is that when something is frustrating you, never give up. Put it down for awhile and pick it up later when you are ready. But always finish what you have started because you might absolutely love the finished product.

This is the finished painting.
