Gossip Girl Star getting a Divorce
Kelly Rutherford, who plays Blake Lively’s mother Lily Van Der Woodsen on the CW’s Gossip Girl, has filed for a divorce from her younger entrepreneur husband Daniel Giersch. Kelly Rutherford filed for the divorce papers on December 30 saying “irreconcilable differences” is the reason why she wants the divorce. Kelly Rutherford who is 40 and Daniel Giersch who is 35 were married in August of 2006 and have a 2 year old son. She is presently three months pregnant. This was Kelly’s second marriage. Her first marriage was to banker Calos Tarajano and was from June of 2001 to January of 2002.
