Britney is a Hit!
Britney Spears has returned and is once again a huge hit. Britney is back on the top of the Billboard charts and her pop princess reputation is back. She first came into the spotlight in 1998 with her hit single “Hit me Baby one more time.” She has sold more tham 30 million albums in the U.S. alone and I am happy to say that she is back.
Britney’s new album entitled “Circus” is her sixth album and is No. 1. It sold over 500,000 copies in the first week, outselling the first week sales of fellow artists Kanye West and Beyonce.
Britney’s last album “Blackout” made it to No. 2 on the Billboard 200, but quickly fell off the charts as Britney herself began to fall.
